Do not rent from Progress. They are in over their heads. No one responds to calls or emails, so I'll be resorting to certified mail from now on. My AC was out for a week, and we've received no reimbursement for hotels or our rent. When we moved in, there was cat urine in our master bedroom which was unbearable. We slept on the livingroom floor for THREE AND A HALF MONTHS. The dishwasher was also broken. The toilet leaks. None of the doors properly seal to keep bugs out. I've been fooled. Progress residential has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. No one ever responds to your questions or concerns until you follow up 3 times. We were supposed to move into our rental property at the beginning of the month and did not receive the keys until almost 4 weeks later, due to consistent delays that were never communicated with us unless we reached out to them. I rented with this company for 2 years. I moved into the house from out of state and rented while I looked around to purchase a home. The ONLY good thing about my experience with Progress Residential was my realtor Hayden. He was WONDERFUL! Having said that, I must add that I would NEVER rent a house owned or leased by this company again. I will just share my most recent situation. I do not recommend doing business with this company. I would not recommend them to anybody and one star is too generous. Dealing with this company is horrendous. When we received the house it was disgusting, all of the floors were dirty (carpets, tiles (the grout in between the tiles was black when it should have been white), and hardwood). The handles on the refrigerator are held together by superglue, there was corrosion on a phone jack. Do not rent from this business! I had multiple issues upon moving into the home. While renting, the dishwasher quit 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and it took 3 weeks to get it repaired. The AC needed repair each summer I was there, once being out for almost a month in August in Atlanta! When it came time to renew my lease in 2016, the ending date changed from the 31st of the month to the 5th of the following month. Everything was good on move in and while we were there, but when it was time to move out we were extremely disappointed and upset. We were ensured by the pre move out inspector "Guy" that the house looked really good and gave us just a couple of items to make sure we finished up, otherwise we were done. We did everything he said and then some to make sure we got as much money back as possible. When we got the final bill we owed more money! Don’t ever lease from this company if you want your security deposit back!!! The company comes up with things that they say were backed dated,even through my rent and utilities were always paid on time. It is a total scam.

AWFUL company. Never rent from them!!! Kept delaying our move in date so had to pay an additional 500$ to stay at apartment so I had a place to live all while they said the shower door wasn't ready .Well shower guy called and said it had been ready since BEFORE move in date. House isn't level, all wiring was done backwards and wrong per electrician so bad that it could have set house on fire!
