Don't ever rent from this company. I have several problems with them. they lie, won't help you with service request and will send out people that doesn't know what they are doing. I still have Harvey damage in my laundry room and they have not yet finished the problem. I asked 2 times and sent in pictures.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We moved in about 2 months ago and have had 6 plumbing issues now. This is a newly renovated house, so I understand there will be a problem here and there. The first issue was from a busted water hose faucet leaking into the room inside the house, leaking INTO an electrical outlet. They had someone fix that problem, but they have yet come to repaint the hole they had to cut into the wall. I would never recommend or refer anyone to Progess Residential Property Management Services EVER! Applied for a property listed on Trulia that is handled through Progress 17230 Marquette Point Lane, Humble, TX listed for $1710.00 per month. We have been looking for homes for months and we either wait too long to apply and it's gone or we see a lot of homes for lease that are not maintained. This is just a RIP OFF company. My wife & I moved into one of there homes in Orlando FL. They took ALL $1,750 deposit & then had the gall to bill us for $7.30! We left the house 2155 Colonial Woods Blvd. spotless! Unlike when we moved in, the place was filthy, lawn not cut, multiple rug repairs & bugs everywhere. Wish I could afford an attorney & I'd sue these scumbags. STAY AWAY FROM THESE ASSHOLES!

July of 2017 in GA I saw the home online to rent and called the number to inquire about it. I was excited and then regretted it immediately. First, there is an initial walkthrough to determine any damage or normal wear and tear on the property prior to you moving in. You have to electronically sign the document through your email that the walkthrough was done before you can rent the property even if the walkthrough was not actually done. Beware!!!! I wish I could give zero stars!!!! I am not at all surprised at all the negative reviews with this company. I was in a home less than a year due to Military orders for deployment. During move-out, I was told by the guy that I took really good care of the home and some dusting under a cabinet was missed and touch up paint in ONE room was only needed which would only cost a couple hundred dollars. Over the past few years, any maintenance issue has been done poorly and even if they sent someone to “fix” the first persons poor work, that was done poorly too or not at all. Many things that should be kept up with to make the house appear nice, and which I pay rent for, has been done half way or I’ve been told that if HOA isn’t complaining then they aren’t going to fix it until I move out, but yet they raise my rent each year and want to charge fees for nonsense. This company is absolutely the worst rental company we have ever dealt with. We rented a home in Memphis starting in 2015 under a different company and then Progress took over. Everything seemed to be fine until it came time to move be out. Beware that it doesn’t matter how spotless your house is, Progress will find a reason to keep your security deposit.
