Bill Bird was helpful and move in went smoothly.
Tanya Greeley did an incredible helping with the move out process. She answered all of my questions and made sure that I was well informed of the process. Tanya was also the person two years ago that helped me do the check in and I left her a five star review then. She is indispensable with Progress Residential and I hope that she moves into a management position. As a Global EHS Director, I would hire her any day of the week and twice on Sunday just on her proficiency and thoroughness.
I spoke will Mr. Bill Bird and he was EXCELLENT with giving me information with my welcome orientation.

Good afternoon, I cannot express how much Rosa exceeded my expectations in resolving this issue for case number 040773011. She communicated with me daily. I was so worried about this but she helped me get through it. The resolution was better than I anticipated. Also, I would like to recognize Sharon T who helped begin the process of resolution. Sharon, you are amazing!! Your friendly, efficient follow up regarding my maintenance emergency was so appreciated. I was already stressed but you helped ease my concern. You provided documents needed in a timely manner, surprised me by calling to follow up and keep in contact. This type of customer service has been dwindling for years now and is very rare. So I wanted to make sure to reach out and say thank you from the bottom of my heart. This makes me want to continue with Progress Residential.

Sharon Thibodeaux, is a great asset to your company. She is always there to help. However she can. I am not entirely happy, with Progress Residential. It is good they have people working there like Sharon. I feel she does actually care about the residents. I cannot say that about everyone there. There are others who have helped, but Sharon stands out, and goes beyond her job duties, to make you happy, and gets things done.
