Hello my Name is Nikita and I’m a new resident to progress. When I went in to the office to pay my move in fees I had a few questions and things I was concerned about. Shayla Logan was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me with everything I needed. I am currently relocating back to my hometown and there were a few hiccups but when I tell you Shayla was patient and kind.. She greeted me a smile and a friendly face.. She explained every step to me.. Shayla is the Best!!!!

Shayla was a great!!!! this is the second time she went above &beyond for me. Her word is her bond she help me yesterday. I was having hard time reaching out to someone and call wait time was horrible. But Shayla call me back and handle the problem with ease. She should get a WOW!! and raise thanks Shayla for always going above and beyond. Customer service from her is top of the line.

My family and I just want to say thank you to Telanda Henderson and the rest of the Progress Residential team for having assisted us in our leasing process. We relocated from California to the Fort Worth area and needed to have our house ready by 11/1/2022. The team made it possible and we had our house ready as scheduled. Let me start off by saying this It’s been nothing but a nightmare with Progress however Jasmine Ruvalcaba completely turned that around. I won’t go too much into details just know that she has the passion for helping others. I questioned progress integrity for the longest. Customer service is not a job it’s an attitude she’s truly gifted. Jasmine keep up the good work! Thanks 😊 (There was absolutely no resolution for 5 months the moment I spoke with her I started receiving calls/emails to resolve my issues)
