April made my process really easy!!! It's moving day!!!!!
I had to give a separate review for Bill Bird because he has such a welcoming friendly kind voice and he sounds like he should be a t.v. host. Customer service was impeccable and so appreciated and he didn't get frustrated at all with my many questions and just didn't mind taking the time to explain. Bill thank you thank you for being so helpful.

I am currently relocating back to my hometown and there were a few hiccups but when I tell you Shayla was patient and kind.. She greeted me a smile and a friendly face.. She explained every step to me.. Shayla is the Best!!!!
Shayla was a great!!!! this is the second time she went above &beyond for me. Her word is her bond she help me yesterday. I was having hard time reaching out to someone and call wait time was horrible. But Shayla call me back and handle the problem with ease. She should get a WOW!! and raise thanks Shayla for always going above and beyond. Customer service from her is top of the line.
