Where is my security deposit!!!!!! THE WORST COMPANY IN THIS COUNTRY TO RENT WITH!!!!! BAD COMMUNICATION, 5 ***S WITH NO AC AT HOME NOBODY CAME TO HELP US. 5th *** THEY SEND A RUDE EMPLOYEE THAT WAS MAD BECAUSE THEY SEND THEM AT 5pm TO CHECK OUR AC. My husband and I are both teachers and we have three boys we are raising. We have been living in a progress residential home for three years. We have endured cold nights here because there was no heater installed in the house, our garage fell and we called emergency maintenance no one came until the following day (so here we are with our house open to the public). Wow where do I begin? Im being charged for not having renters insurance even though I have it, late fees even though my rent is being paid on time. I am sorry I cant rate it lower I am sorry I cant rate it lower. Wait times 8 minutes are 45 minutes. 37 minutes more than 1:30 minutes. Agents wont give an extension to call back on or an email. Get disconnected when there seems to be a conflict. An agent yesterday hung up on me. If you ****** poor customer service this would be the all-time leader. If you are considering renting from them, dont. If you do, read the entire contract and carefully consider the implications of what you are doing. Stay away!

I would NOT recommend renting from the company. Back in April we were locked out of the *** gate entrance due to the dues not being paid. I had to follow up 3 times for 3 weeks before the fines were paid and we were able to enter the gate as a resident. On June 13 I called in my ** because it was not cooling past 78 degrees ( I live in FL) and my electric **** jumped from $302 to $412. Where is my Security Deposit???? I moved out and followed all the required checklist activities and have all my documentation and pictures to prove and share. My move out date was 06Jun2022. I have followed up numerous times via email and phone about my account and most importantly, my security deposit. I have not heard anything, and it has been well over the 30-day legal requirement of them sending me my information and check. This company is awful and if I had seen ALL the red flags before paying fees I would have ran far from any rental this company offers. Once I paid the hold fee, the application fees, etc their communication became spotty AT BEST. Then once I viewed the home there were things I pointed out to them that needed to be fixed/ addressed prior to move in. Those things were not addressed. Scammers is all that I can say. They are claiming that my information was falsified but it's not. I am a disabled worker using the ticket to work program to keep my benefits. I applied with a guarantor and they stated that our documents were falsified but the same documents have been verified by other rental companies that have stricter regulations than this company, we simply did not meet the income requirement for the property that we applied for with that company so we attempted Progress Residential due to cheaper homes. ... read more

This company is extremely dishonest and unreliable!!! We were renting from Havenbrook for 3 years prior and Progress bought their properties here in *******. We were about to move as the sale took place, however we were assured that they would be a good company and address the concerns that we had with the property and the repairs needed.
