Oh I wish I could leave photos!!! Dont waste your time renting from this place. Large investor cooperation who buys multiple homes, does half a** cheap renovation and then rents at a high amount. We have had no sprinkling system for months! Had one maintenance man come out and started to fix it then decided it was too big of a project and now we have holes left in the yard. This company is horrible I wish I have done my research before moving into a property I want out of my lease I will be going to court been here only 2 months and Im being double charged for things also being charged for services that I have no control over paying landscaping fees and nobody has been out to do my lawn and Im getting a fine from HOA when its not my fault
i constantly get charged for having no renters insurance and i do as well provided the proof several times to multiple reps. currently have a extra 135 dollar charge for HOA violations that i have no ideas what for nor was i notified for the reasons. im also waiting on a refund from my last address and i keep getting the run around about everything. when you try to move in they are so friendly and attentive. but once your in you will never speak to another live rep ever and get the run around your whole lease. im currently w... read more
They sent out a payment demand letter on 5/18 to pay by 5/21. I live in ** didn't receive the letter until 5/27. They moved me to evictions and was told I had to pay 75%of the balance with certified funds. Got a cashiers check and mailed it to the address given and they then proceeded to send the check back to me had me served with eviction papers. They are doing this to thousands of people. I got charge $15 a month for a year for not having renters insurance, but I had renters insurance that sent them proof insurance. Received 2 $ 125 late fees for not paying for something I already had, and they refused to remove them. Not to mention if you get a HOA violation. They won't tell you what it's for They just **** you $45 for each violation they send you. Even if you prove there was no violation they refuse to remove the charges. It's a poor poor company.. This company is awful. I have been at my residence for almost 4 years...I have NEVER BEEN LATE ON MY RENT. This awful company gained management of my property in the middle of April 2022. I was not happy that Havenbrook Homes transferred my property to Progress Residential AFTER I signed my lease for another year. For the last 2 months, I have been charged a LATE FEE on my account even AFTER paying my rent ON TIME. This company is the complete worse, something literally needs to be done about how they con you into renting from them but them change their policies mid term! THE **** ASSOCIATED WITH THIS COMPANY ARE RIDICULOUSLY HIGH WHICH THEY DO NOT TELL YOU IN ADVANCE. Once your in the home you never hear anything back from them unless it regards a payment. **************** is horrible. Sitting on hold for more than 2 hours and then phone hangs up.Luckily my neighbor gave my husband a representative for the company, a lady ***********************.
