They took my money TWO months ago and our lease was approved for the the home and they still have not let us move in! Im blind and elderly! This is elder abuse!! They have taken my money and now I have to spend money on storage for furniture and extra money to stay at an assisted living place just to keep from being homeless! My son and caregiver has to spend money on a ********** rent a house to someone thats not ready to move into!?! If I could give no stars, I would. This company is been a nightmare. We have had more issues with this home than I could have imagined. Between the refrigerator/freezer issues that we have dealt with from day one, to the ** issues, window issues and electrical complications, we are beyond frustrated with how we have been dealt with and how the company has chosen to handle the situations. I have never felt like my home is a priority at Progress Residential. My consistent issues have been from maintenance, where it takes 3-5 visits to maybe have something repaired. My first Progress home I was in for a year and a half. On move in we had unattached floor transitions, damaged drawers, missing light fixtures, and no heat. Had several techs and companies over the course of a couple weeks just to get someone to approve for me to get a new heater placed during the winter months. The FRAUDULENTLY ranked up ****** worth of charges on my rental account. (Keep in mind I have NEVER been late for paying my rent. In fact I have always paid it A few days before it was due) And threaten me that if I didnt pay they will continue adding $125 a month fees. They have NOT According to their own rules of the **** have to send me a notice through email or mail and they NEVER did. okay Y I said that I will always stay transparent. Especially since my reviews are taken seriously. So lets start here. I entered in on the Fresh start program 1/2022. They are the worst! They are quick to want and take your money then come up with excuses. We tried to rent a home in ******* *****. They wouldn't lift a finger till money was in hand. Then they wouldn't approve us on the very next day. They have been refunding the hold fee they came up with for nearly 2 months now. They are keeping all the other fee's though, app fee, background check fee/ per adult to be on lease, the list goes on. The business is fraudulent. It has a record of scamming people and fraudulently obtaining money from potential customers. I would have given them a 0 review if it is possible.

I have barely started my relationship with this organization and believe they should not be allowed to conduct business. We have paid over $5000 upfront and an additional $70 in fees to process these payments. We have been placed on hold multiple times for over 2hrs in total just this week. Our home viewing was delayed due to a faulty code provided. They have called me every Sunday even on Easter to discuss this upcoming rental and the reps are non apologetic about anything. This company is horrible! My AC has been out since April 26th they didnt send the work ofer when I called on the 26th. Its now the end of the business day May 6th and I keep hearing the 3rd party vendor has not received the work order. My house reached 90 degrees. Im not able to **** otherwise the temperature increases. Each time I call they say it will be escalated but yet still no air.
