A very dishonest company that has lied from before the beginning of the lease. They received our payment via mail, it was picked up by ************** on Monday. It has not been applied to our account. Instead progress held on to the payment to charge us with an eviction fee and month to month rent rates. I have all of the money order receipts and shipping information. They are purposely trying to force us to pay more for mistakes we arent making. I waited to speak with someone 2.5 hours today. I called on 6/30 and was on hold for 1.5 hours. I was rerouted 3 times after asking for the department I knew I need to talk to from yesterday. Progress uses these tactics to make you late and to push more fees on you.

I honestly think zero stars. I have had issues with this company since day one. My issue started when I did a lease to lease transfer. I needed to be closer to my job. Tried going with another company got scammed for $1500, so I decided to stay with Progress Residential and do a lease to lease transfer. It extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone, Ive sent emails after emails, after they applied payments that were to my old home to me new home. I am a former tenant that received a move out statement in the mail regarding balances owed. Ive been trying to contact them by email and by phone and NOTHING! I have been trying to contact someone for 2 weeks and I am running out of time before my account goes to collections. I have never rented from a company before that you cant get into contact with EVER until now.. very poor customer service

They scam you and take your money without doing a credit check this company is a complete scam and took 100 for two app fees and did not run no credit check I looked up my soft pulls and hard and they basically took my money cause nothing was ran dont waste your time

They made you pay $250 secure deposited to put the house put of the marker and they didn't, they denied the application and then they said the $250 is going to take 30days. What a scam

Horrible customer service. Im trying to get in contact with an agent to resolve my payments and they keeping add extra fees. I been waiting for an agent to get on the phone! 14 mins wait time thats a lie!!!! I have a screen shot of 1 hour, 22 mins & 20 seconds!!!!!!!!

I would give Zero starts if I could. I moved into a home 4 weeks ago, there was a major gas leak that required gas being turned off for over 2 weeks, the company had ZERO idea how to solve the issue, it tooks dozens of emails to get them to fix the problem. Upon gas being restored, the hot water heater broke down, and now it has been 3 weeks without hot water. This company ***** a property within my neighbor. The property hasn't been mowed or maintained in over a month. I have called to report the over grown grass and weeds. However, I have also reached out to progress residential and they have failed to address the issue or contact me back. I am a home owner and having their property sit there as if none lives there can and does affect my property value. The least that they could do is at least acknowledge my complaint and address their unmaintained property.

I would never rent another house from them it they were the last place on the earth to do it. I been waiting for over 5 mos for them to fix/replace my dishwasher that broke. All we get is the run around from their customer service people. At one point they told me to contact GE because the dishwasher is under warranty.
