I spoke with *********************** to complete my move in orientation on 06/15 at 10am EST. She told me the house was inspected on 06/13 and where to find my keys and garage door openers. I arrived at the home around 6pm today to move some items in and complete walk through. I dont believe this house was inspected, there are several serious issues.1. A/C isnt cooling up or downstairs. *************************** has absolutely awful costumer service. Ive been renting with this company for the past 10 months and my garage door has yet to be fixed. They wont take my phone calls anymore. They refuse to reimburse us for our rent for the first month.

I applied for a house, I have section 8 I sent them a deposit for $2450 for what they were leasing the home for. When Section 8 inspected the home they approve a rent amount of $2160 they said $2450 was a burden and couldnt pay that amount. Got an email from progress residential saying the wouldnt be moving forward and that my deposit will be return. Con artists and scammers poorly managing a predatory business. Once youre in it, youre trapped and have no choice but to pay them every ************* and dime hidden fee that they can charge you on a whim with no recourse. Absolutely do not recommend and would go so far as to actively engage with anyone considering going into any sort of agreement with this company to help them avoid it.

Terrible job on the property management team 95 in ******* ** is out cant get them to answer the phone and when I do get through the nearest work orders nine days out they leave you know options to get the ** fixed other than pay for it yourself or shut up unacceptable response from the property management company.

Do not waste your time with these people ! They are a complete scam and it is impossible to get approved for a house. They base it off credit but that is a bunch of lies I have a score of 700 and still got denied. No debt at all.

I have been without air conditioning during a heat advisory in ******* since Saturday. Im in a 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath home and they brought me one small portable unit. The temperature in my house hasnt gotten below 89 degrees. Even the **** vendor thought it was odd that they only sent ONE small portable a/c unit. In calling to request additional units at 1:00pm today I spent over 2 hours on hold only to be told that someone would call me back. At 4:30 I called again and no one answered until almost 5:30. I have called this company over and over for the past month. I've only received emails from their agencies explaining the links they have sent me. I was told to read and look over their process and regulations as a new applicant so I did. One of the requirements were to submit a $300 holding fee that wouldn't be released for 30 days if you were denied. The other was the application fee of a non-refundable $50 app. fee. I can confirm names, phone call times and dates. I also have emails to back up my statements. While I was typing my last complaint, I was at 45 mins waiting for a 16 min call back. An email came through saying my application is being reviewed. Lol. The rude Lady who kept telling me the housing vouchers were not accepted was wrong. This company has been by far THE WORST property management company Ive had since being here in *******. I still live in the same property and progress took over our property about a year ago. Anytime I have a Maintenence request which is often it takes them days to come out and resolve it !! Im disgusted ! Rent also increased just to treat us poorly as if our hard earned dollars don't matter !! Its 90 plus degrees in ******* ** currently and Ive been out of A/C for about 2 and a half days now.
