This company rents to known felons. Does nothing to help the homeowners in the rest of the neighborhoods that they take over.
I have been without HVAC controls in our house since Friday when temperatures in the area approached mid 80's. In our lease it states this is considered an emergency however the company refuses to send a person out to fix it and wont even call me back despite us being in the house with a new born baby. All the bad reviews are right and idk why people are reviewing Kody when he doesnt do anything for you. He has nothing to do with the leasing company and he was horrible and lied to us. We havent even been in this home for 30 full days and we have no had a freezer that works. Had to buy a deep freezer for the garage. Progress Residential *******, ********* Are doing unlawful practicing by illegal stealing clients deposits . I applied for a property was denied. Progress Residential charged me $250.00 application fees, and $35.00 convenient fees. My refund will take 30 days to be credited back into my account or a check will be mailed.. it did not take them 30 days to get money out of the account. Absolutely ridiculous communication. My move in has been such a hassle. I am beginning to wonder if my family has been scammed.
So I have lived here for two years almost (in September), and I love the property. I honestly would buy the property, but this rental company is ridiculous and I would never EVER recommend them to anyone. I will not be renewing my lease. First of all, they charge $45 for any letter received from the **** not considering the circumstance. For example, my neighbors allow their trash to blow everywhere. This company doesn't deserve any ??. I was renting from a company called Havenbrookhomes from 2/28/20 and I complained to them about mold in the home starting June of 2020. Well I recieved no help and compliance was involved. They then sold the home to this company Progress Residential(PR). Corporations should not own residential properties! If I could leave 0 stars I would.I have lived in one of progress residential homes for 2 years and the house I have lived in has had one issue after another. Within the first six months of living in this house Ive had two water leaks and the roof started leaking. HORRIBLE company to deal with!! Applied online for a rental home and paid a holding deposit and the home was not what we expected and followed the process to decline the home per the online policy and now they are giving me the run around and will not give me my money back timely.
