Their customer service is beyond atrocious. It takes days or even weeks to get ahold on them and when you finally get through they tell you that you waited too long to contact them and there is nothing they can do. They add random charges to your account and say it is because they made a mistake months prior and just now caught it. Then threaten to add additional fees if you argue about paying the extra charges. I would never do business with this company again

If I could leave 0 stars I would? This company preys on families by adding fees throughout the lease, then charging additional fees if you do not pay them. I have paid over $2500 in fees alone. The rent went from $1385 to $1750 in three years. We are made to hire professional cleaners at move out, pressure wash the home. I am being charged $3 for every bulb out and every bulb that does not match. They will charge you over and over again for resolves issues. If the *** you live in sends you a letter saying to take care of something progress residential will just go ahead and charge you. Then they will keep charging you even tho the problem was solved.

Well... My family and I have been without a stove and oven BEFORE Christmas. We have called numerous times asking what is taking forever. I'm spending more money getting premade food when I can be spending tons less on actual meat I can ****. We haven't had a decent meal for going on three months. Absolutely awful rental company! Their prices are much higher and they cover NOTHING!! Our house is infested with ants and when it rains there is water that drips through the windows. We have submitted maintenance requests for both and they have said that this is our problem to handle! I cant believe that they expect the renters to fix the structural problems in their homes.

This has been a terrible experience so far!!!Save yourself the stress and rent somewhere else!!!I moved in November 1, after spending just a day or two in the home we noticed multiple things were wrong. The most major issue was that both shower were leaking. They the worst realty company. No one can give you straight answers . After a confusing process that is the application . They keep your money , do not put your money on any application the will keep it Just like that no consideration .
They will tell you that your water **** is included in your rent and will allow your water to be turned off monthly . I called the local water office and was told that just last month they had over 100 accounts that they did not pay the water **** for . This company needs to be shut down for negligence .
*** bless Progree Residential in *******, *******. They were rude, heartless, and inconsiderate. We lost our deposit due to lack of proper communication. Its not about the deposit, but the fact they are ripping tenants off in a pandemic. I spoke to several representatives crying because my family and I depended on this property because we are moving from out of state. May *** have mercy on Progress residential and everyone that is Affiliated with this company. You dont mess with ***s chosen people.
