Extremely helpful and responsive. My father passed away and I am new to diesel ownership, so I am learning quite a bit rather fast at maintaining and servicing his truck. Both were very patient and understanding with my lack of knowledge. I've never been one to have my vehicles serviced at the dealership but those two have definitely made my decision to continue service for the truck with Prosper Ford.

Very customer driven. Service department is excellent. Dereck has been great dealing with an issue with my new car. does had to step in and step up and they did. Edwin runs a good dealership.

Great selection. Internet price did not include non negotiable dealer adds for lojack, zaktek which I didn’t need. Take and pay for the add ons, or don’t get the car.
