We loved working with Jacob Garza! When you go in please ask for him!!! He made customer service a top priority. He was knowledgeable about the car and we felt no pressure from him. We went to 4 other dealerships (Chevy and GMC) to make sure the Ford Expedition was what we needed… he showed us a car that was exactly what we were looking for and cut to the chase without any bullcrap. I have been a long time Ford owner, and I have to say this is the best dealership in the North Texas area. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and they didn't try to oversell. The finance person, Oscar, gave me a better interest rate deal than what I brought in. I will definitely buy from them again!

Worked with Robert Gutierrez and all I have to say is wow this guy knows his stuff. Made it super easy and wasn't pushy at all, definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had.
Was lied too and treated differently from other times I requested a few things and felt ignored. Then was promised a car wash and never happend after making me wait 90 min then offering a shuttle. After I got home. My truck came home 30 min later. Un washed and wasn't told what I requested
