Buyers (and potential buyers) beware. I’ve been in discussions with this dealership for a few weeks about a car I was interested in. The staff reached out regularly to try and close a deal, and they initially removed some dealer add-ons after I made it clear I wouldn’t pay for them. The service technician did not thoroughly try to find the issue, why the vehicle was brought in

Extremely unprofessional almost argumentative about a repair they failed to fix right the first time. He then questioned what I had stated and made comments about the status of the vehicle after the first failed attempt that could not possibly have been true.

Factory warranty work on my brand new truck took too long (23 days)... although we had a few days of bad weather. And lack of communication on vehicle repair progress.

Cody was absolutely lazy, sucked at customer service, wasn’t proactive in his customer service, and didn’t go the extra mile for me

Made a inquiry about a truck at their dealership. Found out later that day i was not going to be able to afford the vehicle. Since then, i got multiple calls from tthem trying to get me in to purchase a vehicle even after i said multiple times that i would not be buying anything. Had to get rude with their sales managers to make them understand i do not want any more calls. 0 stars, will not do business with. Will recommend others to find a different dealership that isn't so pushy.

We knew our Kelly Blue Book values, and we were ready to make a deal that day, but after a few minutes of trying to negotiate in good faith with Ali, our trust in Prosper Ford was quickly eroded. He would only offer us significantly below KBB for our trade and the purchase was mid to high KBB. When we raised questions, we were met with accusations, high pressure, and deceit. I wish I could make this a 5 star review because it was initially a good experience. Went in on a Saturday about 45 min before closing and worked with Alex. Alex was great and took the time to show us the truck I was looking at, quickly went over numbers and even though we did not agree on the first set of numbers. I got a call from sales manager Taylor while I was still in their parking lot. Taylor was also great and very helpful. He gave me two options, a lease option and a straight finance option.
