Very disappointing experience - sales was lackluster and not very knowledgeable- service appeared to be doing a favor by even speaking with me - finance was reminiscent of buying a vehicle in the 80s with telling you how many things can go wrong with the vehicle immediately after the salesmen was telling you that it was so reliable - management was rude and not customer oriented- overall poor experience and would not do business with this dealer in the future

3 hours for an oil change. Horrible communication across the board. I will not be buying my next car from Prosper Ford. I would not recommend this dealship to anyone.

Sales process was very misleading. Add on I was charged for aren't not even truck. Spray in bed liner, window tinting. They told me the truck was a 2026. It's a 2025. Didn't notice until I was back with finance. They also put 8k down for deposit and we agreed to 6k.

terrible customer experience that I have been experiencing with Prosper Ford in Prosper, TX. I bought my Ford Explorer ST 2020 from this dealership in January of 2025. Recently I have had some issues revolving around the car starting up and battery troubles. I just replaced the battery on the 28th of February roughly two weeks prior. I've had a terrible experience with the dealership as a whole. Alec never got back to me and I watched him leave the building and not get the information he assured me he would get. He was more worried about going home.

You had my car for almost 4 weeks You had my car for 4 weeks and I got a call once a week telling they are still trying to figure out the check engine light.

Indirectly called me a lier and accused me of 'gaming the system' unlike used car salesman i have ethics and morals. That comment he made was my last straw.
