You had my car for almost 4 weeks You had my car for 4 weeks and I got a call once a week telling they are still trying to figure out the check engine light.

Indirectly called me a lier and accused me of 'gaming the system' unlike used car salesman i have ethics and morals. That comment he made was my last straw.

I dropped my vehicle off for service on 3/5 AM and never received any communication from anyone at Prosper Ford for two entire work days. I had to call and ask for an update on 3/6. During that call I was lied to about attempted calls from and was not given any actual details as to when my vehicle would be serviced. On the third day without any updates from Prosper Ford, I went and retrieved my vehicle. They claimed that my service would take 2-3 days, yet no one told me that until the 3rd day. They are your typical service shop that people have horror stories about and are just trying to charge the most amount possible. They charged me $450 for diagnostic test and told me my transmission fluid was burnt and filled with shavings. I took it to another Ford dealership where they told me my transmission fluid looked fine and charged me less than half they also quoted me for a full transmission replacement and when I wasn’t buying it, they just told me to come pick up my vehicle and wouldn’t really communicate with me ... read more

Took forever to have 4 tires swapped out, I had an appointment at 10 am but still had to wait for others in front of me. Ended up not having my Vehicle until 6pm that night. When I would get serviced at the Ford in Grapevine they would wash and vacuum my vehicle but got nothing but basic service done. Only tried this location out because I moved to Frisco and it was the closest to my place.

I asked the service advisor not to add the oil treatment as I distinct the informed them that every time I come service my car there post Service I add my own treatment that was not followed through. This ultimately led me to be irate when I left. The oil additive cost is not the factor, but I did not like the product that was used on my Vehicle. Alex was nice, I understand there was little he could do. Overall frustrating experience, second time I take my vehicle to ford and am told nothing can be done since they can't figure out the issue. Also insane I had to pay for 6 days of a rental since you guys couldn't figure out what was wrong
