I'm pleased with the work that was done. They had my car for 13 or 14 days. I had a rental from the dealership. I was told on the day I got the rental that before I brought the car back that it had to be washed. But yet my car was left dirty. Kody did apologize for it not being cleaned because of some problem with the machine scratching the cars. He did tell me that on my next oil change that he will be sure that it gets washed.

My experience was pleasant. I came for an oil change as a walk in. I was in and out within a hour, or hour and a half.

David Swain was my sales person when I purchased my Bronco. Top notch. Cody is my service advisor. Both are very knowledgeable and professional. When I take my car in for service, they are very efficient and get my car serviced in a timely manner. Cody is always up front with the amount of time that it will take for each service visit.
