This has and continues to be a bad experience. After a month of calling me to make a deal I finally gave in and bought a lightning from them specifically KEITH Jackson blushing to do the paperwork last Wednesday promising to deliver the vehicle to me in Houston from prosper none of which was true. This specific dealership has waisted my time twice! ! Twice they have taken my trade in keys and returned back to me because they trun back on their deal. So unprofessional!!

Communication was subpar at best, the only exception was when I got in touch with Zach. The sales manager (Joel) got an attitude with me one day because I let him know I was at work and would need to return his call. When I did make it in the appraiser either had no clue what he is doing, or is just lying in order to lowball trade offers. Agreed to terms on a vehicle. That process was easy enough. Salesman Chandler and used car manager Jorge were fine. But the finance guy was one of the sleaziest stereotypical used car salesmen ever. I agreed to a term with the sales staff. Then this guy adds a bunch of coverages and never mentioned he was extending my term to hide the coverrages in the deal. Then the finance director did nothing but stand up for the shady finance guy. Avoid this dealership at all costs unless you have your own financing.

Ford prosper is a fraud company they deceive their loyal customers, they Tell you some thing else about Vehicle and sell some thing else ... and when you get back to them .. their managers usually said take it or leave it . if need further detail you can contact me for the Detail story .

As stated by others, thousands in hidden costs, dealer add ons and fake warranties. And if you have the audacity to get up and leave, physical intimidation.

Stay away from the service department! They refuse to honor warranty work, even after a lengthy review process with the corporate warranty people. Apparently if you take a vehicle to more than one ford dealer because they are weeks behind, that is grounds to void the factory warranty. I guess these trucks are only built to go 2 years and 51k miles before the engine has a catastrophic failure. Shows just how little you care for veteran owned small business owners just trying to survive and feed their families.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Prosper Ford last week )15.5k cash only to drive it 30 miles and the check engine light came on. I brought it back to the dealership 3 times but the problem still hasn't been resolved. I feel as if I was taken advantage of

I attempted to purchase a used truck and was told it was ok to go. I called my rep the next morning and he stated that it would be ready that afternoon. My credit check was good, I filled out application and was told it was accepted and to drive the 170 miles to finalize. Later that morning another rep called and stated that the truck was sent to auction the previous day and would not be available.
