Brought my new car in for a recall and voiced a concern about a suspicious noise coming from my windows. Easy process. No complaints. We were given a reasonable estimate of completion of work. It was right on schedule. Everyone was kind. Including the lady with the rental (maybe Rachel?) everyone was great!
