This bank has no physical locations. I’m fine with that because I like online banking. They’re transfer max and ability to pay a loan off using online banking is very hard to impossible. They like you to mail checks for this purpose. You know, like we did back in the 80’s.

If I could give this credit union zero stars, I would. They deducted money from my savings account --during the height of the COVID pandemic-- for some "Withdrawal Dormant Account Fee." Crooks. Please avoid.

The customer service is awful. It is no longer the great credit union. Vote out this new President. Customer service reps are at a loss as to how to answer a question. Well working at home with no supervision. Really don't get a loan from them.

This at one time was a great credit union but that time ended a few years ago. At some point their customer service became awful and they stopped trying to work with their customers. I would chose another credit union, like Navy Fed if you can. I use to recommend this bank but no longer due and have helped my own family migrate away from this bank as well. I am sure they do not care because they have stopped functional as a credit union. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible customer service, blatant false advertisement about helping with financial situations. Overall terrible financial institution to deal with.

QI think I was mislead about changing my loan account from Nissan to PSECU because even though I am paying less each month in payments but the payments that I made for a complete year, it is like a year of payments gone and the interest rate was raised with PSECU it like I’m just starting making payments for this vehicles even though I pay $651.00 for a whole year this was not deducted for my new payments at all, sometimes when you think getting help it only making my payments longer, very dissatisfied

One star is too generous! Set it up with the $250 promo. Did all the paperwork with employee to ensure the direct deposit so that in 45 days, the bonus posts. Check, no $150 bonus for direct deposit. Wait. Wait. Nothing. Call, and they say it had to be regular deposits, and since it skipped a month, no way to actually meet that 90 day deadline.

Oh well, luckily kept my old bank fully active. They’ll lose a lifetime customer. Banks want to offer incentives for all the hassle, then not live up to it.
<br /... read more

Everyone said how great a credit union is, but I haven't experienced a single benefit from being part of this one. Don't expect a loan unless you don't actually need it. If you so much as missed a payment on your KMART layaway when you were 16, they want nothing to do with you.

Horrible! STAY AWAY from this company, if you are looking for a auto loan. PSECU was once a great credit Union, but it's under a NEW PRESIDENT and operates more like a for profit bank than a CU.
