High interest, don’t waste an inquiry My phone transunion score is 662. I’ve never missed a payment on my current auto loan. I was looking to refinance for lower interest. The offer I was made was not reasonable yet my letter received states I was denied. They could not deliver the rate they ad Don't get your hopes up on this
Worst experience ever! My loan officer was unprofessional and rude and told me two different things whenever asked. She texted me other people's personal information thinking it was them! We actually got into an verbal argument she never returned calls and messages in an timely manner expected me to take off work all the time to make documents back SH forgot to include! Would not send my worst enemy here.

Not sure if it's a scam or a joke.. Be extremely careful. Don't just accept. They added 12 months and increased the interest rate and made an offer, and lowered the payment. ALL THEY DID WAS ADD 12 MONTHS TO MY CURRENT LOAN!! They called it an offer! Why the hell would I want to ADD 12 months to my loan? I refinance to lower my rate and payment, not just add time to it.
Bad Poor customer service. Promises were made that were not kept. Huge waste of time.
