I wish I could give 0 star. Started refinance process weeks ago, spoke with some guy over phone, uploaded all necessary documents including my driver license, w2 form etc. Then I haven't heard anything from them until today, I received an email they decided to close the case without any explanation? Not reliable at all.

Refinancing of car loan with new lender.. Much better rate but no follow up on making sure the new loan and payment arrangments actually work. Turns out new lender is inept and has second rate on line capabilities. Beware.

Online scam with false promises The agents say anything to get you to refinance your loan. Once the refinance is completed, you find out that the terms are not what you agreed upon. The Tate Genius places blame on the lender. In my case, I was told be the Rate Genius agent, Wes that I would have 60 days before the first payment was due. That was not a fact. Unprofessional, kind of rude, refuses to do everything over email. Had multiple repetitive phone calls about sending loan documents, never did. Rate jumped .5% over two days with no real explanation, kept trying to pressure me into a service contract. No follow through. For anyone else going through the refi process, use a real bank or lender - these tiny companies are an unprofessional waste of time.

Completely unprofessional Dealt with a loan officer lacking in customer service, they refuse to do ANYTHING over email, waited 5 days for loan documents I never received, refinance quote jumped .5% over two days, seriously unsatisfied with the service. Would not recommend to anyone - honestly after this whole refinance experience I would not recommend any of these tiny, shady companies. Use a real lender.

Car refinancing loan So credit Karma leaves a message saying it’s time to refinance that I could save money and that I had a good chance to get a better loan with a lower payment and lower interest. Well I filled out the form they did a credit check bingo took a hard hit on my score causing it to go down and was refused on the refinance of the vehicle. Have never missed a payment and have never even been late. Total joke.

horrible customer service I applied for this because credit karma made it my top suggested, they responded by email a couple days later. The actual rate and payment plan was a bit off but still good. I tried calling to start the process and no responce, no email back. I kept getting random numbers from different states call me after. Left voicemails and emails and nothing. Such a waste.

Texting my social security info.... and sending my title in the mail were two things that put me off from the get-go. When I tried to talk to Justin Walls about that, he ignored my message and then contiued to bother me. Had I been given more proof of security or some piece of mind I would have continued with the process, but sharing all of my important information over the phone is how your identity gets stolen. I'm not doing that if a sales man can't take a moment to explain the security of the process.
