Very poor experience They pulled my credit and were not able to offer anything to me despite claiming that I have really good credit. I had to call them multiple times and got the run around more than once. Poor customer service and nothing to offer except lowering your credit score.
HORRIBLE customer service HORRIBLE. All these reviews must be fake. They give you no updates. You have to beg them for information. They don't return you calls. I almost missed a payment with my previous lender because of their lack of communication. I made an overpayment of $600 and I have yet to hear from them. I regret ever doing business with them. Biggest mistake of my life.
$20 Shaved off monthly payment First advised a monthly payment of 205 ended up with 239. $20 off which is ok but the bank who owns the loan makes it harder to pay my bill. All in all unless your getting a huge savings, it's not worth the credit hit.
Bait and switch They don't tell you up front that to get their offered rate/monthly payment you have to increase the length of your loan for 14 months. I wanted to keep the same term/length of payment, with better than a 2% drop in interest the monthly payment was going to increase! So where is the great deal that I am supposed to be getting?
Lost my time.. I send all the documents they ask for, but they never aprove, just call with a new problem, they want a address proof, I send it and then they said they want another because it was a past due electric bill, but it is address proof. They meke go to a notary two times. All for nothing.
AWFUL!!!. I applied based off of a great new offer they sent me to try to convince me to refinance my car loan. When I actually finished the application the rates they offered were horrible. TOTAL FALSE ADVERTISING DO NOT APPLY IT IS A SCAM! Expect a HARD hit on your credit too. What a bunch of crap I am so angry. DO NOT APPLY WITH THEM!
Quick approvals not quick for the rest It took a while to process everything , almost made me late on my old car note , but what sucks the most after everything was processed , I found out the new bank doesn’t do online banking . Like wtf is that. Why do you deal with banks that are out dated ! , I need to mail a check in? I would have rather spent the extra $2k over the course of the loan with who I had , then to deal w the inconvenience. So not happy with the end results .
New car refinance Not all charges for loan transfer not clearly shown. had to requwest PDF of my loan application answers, not automatic..
