Loan process was nice, agent helping me was horrible. He was MIA after I submitted docs and still hasn't replied to me.
APP ID 4914955 WORST MISTAKE EVER When I first initiated my search for a lower interest rates and found a couple of offers i was very excited because I was lowering my interest for over 1%. I spoke to Geoffrey Sterling, he seemed to know what he was talking as he knew everything... every little detail about my former auto loan. Misrepresented! Did a hard pull!!!. Wanted to check rates. Looked like way to much info than the usual for pre-approval so I closed the app. They then sent me an email saying it will not impact my credit. Next thing you know my phone ringing off hook saying Congrats! You are approved! Not cool. I will not do business with company starting out like that!
Mr. Toad's wild ride.. They didn't happen to mention that the principal balance was going up for my auto refinance loan. So, am I really saving? Plus, the application process was rather vexatious. Can't tell you how many times I had to resend the same documents. Would suggest looking into local credit unions first.

I am concerned with the hard inquiry It said NO impact to credit, and they then run a hard inquiry! So, I don’t know if I’m approved, they’ve already effected my credit, and I may be stuck worse off than I was in the beginning!!! Credit Larma recommended them to improve my credit and know I feel worse off and stuck!
Horrible customer service Do not use rate genius their customer service sucks they don't get back with you in timely manner, they offer rates they can't keep and placed me with lender that doesn't use commission as income. How do you not know this before placing customers with lenders. Regardless of how good the advertisement looks do not apply. I wasted a lot of time fooling with them.
