Awful. Terrible. They sold my info to other lenders and they all pulled an hard inquiry on my credit. Don’t trust them.
FRAUD. CHEATERS. TRAINED TO LIE.. Please do not consent to agreements, DO NOT click or submit the application if you do not want them to pull a hard inquiry without your permission. I didn’t even provide my social security number, but they went ahead and pulled a hard inquiry TWICE. WHEN I asked them why they pulled a hard inquiry without my permission, they said that if you click on agreement disclosure, you are authorizing us to pull your credit report. AGAIN, not once, BUT TWICE. Do not do business with them.

Lots of back and forth through text The rate they advertise is far lower than anything you'll receive. There was very little explanation of the process until I received a phone call one day that lasted more than 20 minutes without warning. Ultimately I went through with the refinance but the back and forth with text messages and lack of answering my calls made this pretty frustrating. Terrible Follow Up Steve who was assigned my loan didn't return calls or emails (left on vacation mid applicaiton?). His manager got involved late in the process which was a difficult to navigate and required multiple trips to the DMV. I can only hope there are better services out there for vehicle refiances. On the bright side I got a good rate and was required to put zero down.
Can't Recommend Them. . .. Assume that since they keep spamming me after i got a refinance for my loan, that I would be overly-glowing. Was 'raped' by previous loan sharks (from credit Karma) and do appreciate their improving my interest payments. However; they rejected me, at first, due to my disability. Upper management DID get involved, eventually; & rectified the matter. Kudos for that! I was directed to Rategenius via CreditKarma and I filled out the preliminary application; however, they put a hard inquiry on my credit; even though i did not provide them with my social security number; and the option to provide my SSN was optional on the application which i did not fill out; terms were not clear and they got access to my SSN through CreditKarma and did credit inquiry without my consent.
