Not what it seems The rate they offer will be no where near what is advertised.
Do not purchase "gap waiver" I purchased a gap waiver policy thinking it functioned as gap insurance. They are very clear that it is not gap insurance. On top of that, they consider the all money earned after a 60 day "look period". What am I supposed to be looking at? Me being ripped off? I paid off my car loan early. I never intended to keep the loan for 72 months as Tim had convinced me to extend it to. Tim knew that the extended term would increase my payment for the "gap waiver". Improvement from my previous loan holder For the most part the process was simple, I did have an issue during the signing process. One thing I would warn people about, is the promise of no payment for 60 days; these days start from the point of approval and not from disbursement which is very odd. Especially, due to a person who is rate shopping... this needs to be changed!
The customer service was bad once I was sent to the processor. Very misleading.
I applied for refinance of auto loan First problem they quoted me a lower rate but the payment didn't change. Then they tried to tell me that lowering the interest rate does not affect the payment only the term affects the payment. Unfortunately for them I have passed a math class or two. I knew immediately that this was not a company that I would ever consider doing business with, but, they continued calling me and leaving messages about how crazy in would be to not take a lower rate. Poor Response I applied for a refinance for my husband's truck, I put in basic info because I didn't know all of it. I got approved and got an immediate email and phone call. Lula Reese went over the payments and interest rate, then asked for the VIN. At this point, the value of the truck went down, so she said she would have to look into it and see if they could still do it. She never called back or returned my email. I guess customer service goes out the window if they can't get my money.
Very bad .. just pulled personal info.. They never responded me back. Just collected my personal info. I don’t recommend to apply this.
didn't approve me after applying and pulling my credit i didnt get approved!!
Auto refinance.. Dont go with a third party company like rate genius.
