They knocked $60 a month off of my $397 car payment! Same amount of months too!
No communication Applied to refinance a 9 month old auto loan with a 783 credit score. Their website says to expect a response in around 2 business days but I heard nothing from them for over a week. When I finally contacted their customer support I only received a form e-mailing stating that they did not approve my loan request and I would receive the details as to why they made this decision in the mail within 30 days.
Auto Refinancing They hit my credit and they said they can not provide even though score is good due to citizenship... They have not put anywhere this condition and should have been put before even we start the processing or hitting someone credit.
Bad Experience The application process was easy but the customer service from the loan officer was bad after you sign the paperwork they won’t return your calls, emails, or texts. Typical loan officer behavior only to their interest I wouldn’t recommend this to any friends or family
Missinformed Fast and simple application process. But was told the wrong information about my GAP coverage and now I’m paying the same amount from my previous loan.
disappointing out dated bank So the new bank that rate genius recommend is so antiquated they can't take your payment online. Only via a wire transfer or over the phone, both of which cost me extra money every time I make a payment. I would not have chosed this bank had this been disclosed to me upfront. I should have known better than to use an online service like this for my financial needs.
I rejected their offers I applied to see if I could get a lower interest rate on my auto loan. Later that day and the next, I was called by someone telling me that my application was approved--"full approval with no hidden fees"--I still have the voicemail. After talking with the (very friendly and helpful)loan officerabout their offers, I didn't accept anything because my current loan, term, and payments were better than what they had to offer. Why does this show as five star reviews? This is a lie and I lost faith in credit karma for promoting this trash . I expect more from you I use this app every day and look at your stupid ****ing advertising and you expose me to scams like this?! What a disgrace. Protect your customers you bums.
