Watch the fine print Accepted all my documentation. Then after financing was complete. Lender now says my deductible is too high and had to lower my deductible on my insurance. Will cost me more than what I had saved financing through them.
Go with another company!!. Customer service associate was very rude & pushy! If you do not get the loan closed quickly they will close your application. I applied LESS than a week ago & because I did not jump to respond to Oma (customer service associate I dealt with) quickly it make her angry. I am not one to write reviews, but I feel after the service I recieved it is only right to warn others! Go with another company!!

Recommended auto loan thru CreditKarma I logged into my dashboard and credit karma suggested rate genious to reduce my auto loan. I applied and they dinged my credit but no response. I sent an email to their support team and the email was rejected “email address doesn’t exist” huh? I don’t think this company is reputable and the ratings must be falsely generated.
Not reliable company Great pre approved at first with low interest rate and nice lower payment. When it was time to get real I got denied and my credit score went down. They didn’t say why they couldn’t proceed.
I wish I could give 0 star. Started refinance process weeks ago, spoke with some guy over phone, uploaded all necessary documents including my driver license, w2 form etc. Then I haven't heard anything from them until today, I received an email they decided to close the case without any explanation? Not reliable at all.
Refinancing of car loan with new lender.. Much better rate but no follow up on making sure the new loan and payment arrangments actually work. Turns out new lender is inept and has second rate on line capabilities. Beware.
Online scam with false promises The agents say anything to get you to refinance your loan. Once the refinance is completed, you find out that the terms are not what you agreed upon. The Tate Genius places blame on the lender. In my case, I was told be the Rate Genius agent, Wes that I would have 60 days before the first payment was due. That was not a fact. Unprofessional, kind of rude, refuses to do everything over email. Had multiple repetitive phone calls about sending loan documents, never did. Rate jumped .5% over two days with no real explanation, kept trying to pressure me into a service contract. No follow through. For anyone else going through the refi process, use a real bank or lender - these tiny companies are an unprofessional waste of time.
