Loan process was back & forth, saved $$ The loan process was drawn out because I had to continously request changes and confirmation on why things were in the loan documents but overall the process was fairly simple, I just chose to scrutinize the loan to make sure I knew what I was getting. Overall it was worth is as I got a good interest rate which saved me money.

Absolutely underhanded practices Do not use this company!!! Especially Leah Baize and Kristin Chambers. I was several thousand ahead on my loan. I didn't realize they added on unneeded gap coverage on to my loan. When I realized it I found out they also use a company that you cannot get a refund after 60 days. I have never dealt with a gap coverage that you were not entitled to any sort of a even a partial refund after 60 days. The rate that is shown when applying is not accurate. Brian said that they haven’t offered that rate in over a year. Not happy! What a waste of time and they pulled my credit knowing they couldn’t offer this rate regardless of my credit, etc. compromising my score with a hard pull. This is unethical.
Refinanced auto loan without a cosigner.. Even without a cosigner, my rate went down.
No, no no - Do not use this I am considering legal action over this service. Over the course of a week my credit monitoring was going off every few hours because multple random credit unions and banks were checking my credit every day. I had the threated legal action to get them to stop. The fact taht all they are doing is submitting you to random lenders and that each will pull your credit needs to be disclosd upfront and center!!! Disingenuous by Credit Karma Understand that the initial loan term they present to you is only bait to get you to apply. I'm working diligently to improve my credit and lower any high interest loans I have. After applying, they offered a higher rate and longer-term loan then what I'm already paying and the inquiry on my credit report dropped my credit score.Credit Karma is not helping when they constantly offer consumers proposals that will improve their credit but only drive their credit rating down.
Auto refinance The overall application process and approval were quick, but the time from approval to funding was very frustrating.
