I rejected their offers I applied to see if I could get a lower interest rate on my auto loan. Later that day and the next, I was called by someone telling me that my application was approved--"full approval with no hidden fees"--I still have the voicemail. Bad Straight forward got denied with a high credit score
I was highly recommended by Credit Karma to apply for refinancing of my loan, and with my credit score of 750, and a potential savings of $72/month once refinanced, I applied, but was denied by Rate Genius -- UNBELIEVEABLE!!

Horrific beyond words!!. Horrific experience all around.. Nobody knows what they are doing and when you call you get a different story every time...worst customer service I've ever dealt with and I work in customer service so I know how people should act and nobody here knows what they are doing....They constantly lie and play games also because every time you call you get a different story from these people that don't know what they are doing.. Extremely unprofessional leaving a voicemail thinking they hung up but after I listened and hearing the woman talking about pooping herself after doing illegal drugs and using the F word about a dozen times I called to complain and it really doesn’t seem as if they are a professional company at all I have the voicemail saved and am willing to share with anyone who wants it
Robert Colby came across like a shyster.. Came back with 1/2 percent better rate, not worth proceeding.
