Pre-approved denied Just because your pre-approved and have good credit doesn't mean you will get the refinance you wanted. So when you get denied you will get a hit on your credit report.
Information on Credit Karma is incorrect Credit Karma promotes Rate Genius with great rates but after qualifying and taking a hard hit inquiry on your credit score it doesn't even come close to the advertised rate.
Never again Seriously mad with this Company. They showed me that my refinance interest will be less than the current rate which is fking lies and told me that it will not hurt my credit by checking the rate but they did fking hard check. So so mad and now my credit went down because of them. So now my credit went down and their interest rate is higher than my current one.
NO THANKS The cost of the loan over term, was $1000 more than what I was paying. MOST DISTURBING, They gave my contact information to an insurance agent that actually called me. SO MUCH FOR REPECTING MY PRIVACY.
They knocked $60 a month off of my $397 car payment! Same amount of months too!
No communication Applied to refinance a 9 month old auto loan with a 783 credit score. Their website says to expect a response in around 2 business days but I heard nothing from them for over a week. When I finally contacted their customer support I only received a form e-mailing stating that they did not approve my loan request and I would receive the details as to why they made this decision in the mail within 30 days.
Auto Refinancing They hit my credit and they said they can not provide even though score is good due to citizenship... They have not put anywhere this condition and should have been put before even we start the processing or hitting someone credit.
Bad Experience The application process was easy but the customer service from the loan officer was bad after you sign the paperwork they won’t return your calls, emails, or texts. Typical loan officer behavior only to their interest I wouldn’t recommend this to any friends or family
