Done Deal Be prepared to provide references, proof of income, and be treated like a sub prime borrower. My beacon was a 750 and my wife is in the 800s and we had to provide all this for the approval. Kinda painful but did cut my interest in half from 6% to a low 3%. Also be careful as they will tell you your new payment then tell you a little later the gap insurance was also included with that lower payment you got. Be sure to ask specific questions before going forward. Otherwise the deal went well.
This process drug on for 3 weeks, one thing after another. All my credit scores were over 800. They did not offer me the interest rate and period as advertised on Credit Karma. I had to finally cancel and go elsware.
Denied I applied and am obviously paying a higher rate with my current lender. I have paid of several credit cards since getting my vehicle yet I was denied thru them because "I have too much debt and don't make enough money.". They couldn't find anyone for a loan. Really? Yet I make the same (if not a tiny bit more) and have a lot less debt than I did two years ago. But ok. Won't try these guys again. Thanks for nothing.
I thought this company seemed good until I applied. They sent an email saying I was denied then advertised there own insurance. The email only said sorry for the inconvenience and not even any reason for the denial. Would recommend going somewhere else for refinancing.

After applying I got an email saying sorry we couldn’t help you but we want you to try our insurance companies. Since the. I’ve been spammed with phone calls and emails from different companies about Insurance nothing about my auto loan.
Bait and Switch.. I have an existing load of 4%. AFter being on creditkarma they alerted me to look into refinancing my vehicle. I was guranteed a rate of 2.0 to refi my car loan for 48 Months.( Istill have the picture to prove it) They called me back with 3 options and NONE were for the 2.00% and the 48 MONTH term. The best they could do was 3.49 for 5 MORE YEARS on a 2 year old loan. I asked if my information was used for a HARD credit pull(I have over an 825 credit score) and they said YES. They advertise one amount at 3.65% and call you with a 5.4% rate. Only 40.00 difference instead of advertised amount. Talk about a switch and bait. What makes it worse...My credit took another hard inquiry hit. Gee thanks guys. Credit Karma...I'm suprised you allow this kind of activity. Yes I'm familiar with advertising...but to say one thing and end up with something different???? Not impressed and I've got to suck it up now for 2 years for the hard inquiry. Thanks for nothing!!!
Very rude and disrespectful Tried to make a simple inquiry their response was so unprofessional. They will not talk to you without running your credit even if you know your score and just want to discuss the process. stay away.
