Refused to even investigate fraud I received an email from this company regarding auto refinancing. I did not apply to this or any company for auto refinancing, I have no interest in refinancing a vehicle. This company sent me the exact same generic email about not being able to delete a credit inquiry. Not good Agent (Rodney Bremby) did not complete my loan and decided not to follow up with me that he had not. I assumed it was done and had been waiting for paperwork and in the process I missed a payment from lender. Very bad experience.
Wanna sell you extras and not disclose Did everything they asked Sent in all the forms was told loan was approved then last thing since had the temporary registration from dealer still declined the offer.
rude and unprofessional First of all, i saw these rate genius auto finance company one of my favorite youtube channel called COMMON CENTS MIKE. Approved, only $2 a month savings First of all, I never gave them my SSN, so I don't know how they pulled my credit. I asked them to call me, which they did not. My emails weren't answered. Only after a rep texted me in broken English, were my questions answered. After flatly refusing their offer and telling the rep to stop contacting me, I've been harassed with two texts and one email.
Awful experience.. I have a 713 Credit Rating and they denied me for a refinance. WHAT A JOKE! The application process was terrible. They didn't ask me for my current VIN. Meaning, I had to be contacted twice.
Super simple!. It was really easy to apply and the people were quick and efficient.
Complete waste of time and Hard Inquiry Don't waste your time. They do a hard inquiry (expected), but then when they aren't able to find any better rates for you, then they say they will do more research and you never hear back from them again. At least that was my experience.
The loan was approved right away, but My interest rate would go up, and extend my loan out 2 years to save $100 a month thats not a savings
