Bait and switch, deceptive business rateGenius showed a pretty low rate in my Credit Karma account, but when I applied, they gave me a rate that was higher than what I currently had at worse terms - 63 months instead of 48. The actual rate they gave me was nearly double what they advertised in the app through the soft pull. When I brought this up they said they gave me a few very BS reasons for why this was the rate - fed hiked the rate recently (my soft credit pull waas from this morning so it obviously wouldn't be affected... read more
Horrible and misleading! Never use.. They would suggest that your APR on current loan would come down to lure you into a credit check based off of your credit karma score and then thwy would apologize for not able to fulfill your promise. Very misleading and complete lies. You would end up getting a hot on your credit score for no reason. DO NOT USE and DONT EVN THINK ABOUT USING THEM

Ripoff!. Scumbags sent letter that looks like it's from a real credit union. Instead it's from a ripoff lending broker. Stay away. Total scam.
Ripoff!!!!. This company is a scam. I got a letter that looks like it was from First Credit Union in Chandler, AZ. It turns out it was from this bunch of scumbags. When I told these *******s to take me off the mailing list and cancel my application they were EXTREMELY rude and hung up on me. Too bad they are in Austin so I can't easily drive there and shove their junk mail up someone's ***.
Waste of time A credit check and a long process to get you a loan with 0.01% less than what you have. Or the same rate but a longer term.
