Denied Applied for auto refi. Credit score of 624 with monthly income of 6k+ but still got denied. What gives? Wasted my time.

DENIED I applied for an auto refi. Credit score of 624 with an income of $6k+/month. Denied for no reason. What gives? Wasted my time.

Ok, first thing first, since Credit karma is not 100%accurate with your credit. Anyone applying need to really make sure their credit score is legit. second thing is that this company runs a soft inquiry but then they send it to three credit loan offices where they will run THREE HARD INQUIRIES and we all know those will hurt your credit, so be prepared to have THREE EXTRA INQUIRIES ON YOUR HISTORY. Smoke and mirrors After applying and immediately approved (with no income verification) I received an offer from a credit union.The rate and APR was okay, one problem, they added 12 months to the term, so in reality; they were not saving me any money at all. After I DECLINED, the credit union and Rate-not-so-genius sent me notifications why my loan was not approved. My credit score is 803 out of 850. I wonder how many people fall for this shell game,

Slick way to sell auto repair insurance I have a good credit score and was approved for refinance the salesman called and offered me insurance to cover repairs I told him I was not interested at all . The next message that came said my loan was turned down then a message with a higher rate . the company seems to be a real slimball operation to be avoided .

Deceptive practices describing documents I'm not sure who, in their right mind, would sign a Power of Attorney authorizing their lender to "transfer and assign the legal title to said motor vehicle to anyone whomsoever as may be designated by my said attorney" but it certainly isn't something I'll sign. A POA is NOT required to record a lienholder (at least not in my state). The more likely reason they want this is in the event of the loan recipient defaulting on the payments, then they have the power to sell and title the v... read more

Data security issue To apply for the auto refinancing, I clicked through CreditKarma and got redirected to RateGenius website's application page. Soon after I completed application, that included entering my SSN as well, I got spam text on my phone as well as an email, asking me to click on Facebook link. Clearly, my data was breached to hackers! Ridiculous that they don't have a good data security measure on their website!!

What loan? I filled out the application and that's that....no one called even though they said someone would.....no email to give me an idea of refinance rates even though they said they would......a waste of my time and effort....will never use this service again.....
