Got the loan, with lots of paper sgning.. Took longer than I expected and I still have no paper work on loan details. They must add Some insurance fees because I didn't seem to lower my payment much after considering that I have 60 payments instead of 58. Not sure it was worth all the trouble. Also they never answer your emails., when you ask a question.

Not too impressed so far.... I just applied. Probably shouldn't have... When I completed the application it gave me an "application ID" and said I can log in to check my status. I can't log in because I haven't registered on their site. I don't have a username and password. I only have an "application ID" number. There is NO WAY to register as a new customer. Terrible and personally invasive The rate was OK but not the best I found out after I declined their service. The process was time consuming and took many emails back and forth with their representative. They asked for a lot of unneessary documentation. My credit score is over 820 and by reviewing it it is obvious that I have never missed or been late on a payment. The documentation was excessively long, many pages not even related to an auto refi. Terrible and personally invasive I found the whole process with Rate Genius to be personally invasive. It took days of back and forth emails, requests for a lot of personal informationj. My credit score is over 800 and when someone checks it it clearly states I have never been late or missed any payments due. This company wanted much too much personal data. Was approved for the loan , received a call from Tim Brown from rate genius for additional information and was told I would receive a call back once he finds out what bank would work best for me , 1 week went by and never received a call back from Tim , left multiple voicemails, I guess my business is not that important to rate genius ... will take my business elsewhere.

Unhelpful Since I purchased my vehicle two years ago, my debt has gone down significantly, credit score up 100 points, and more income. I figured ezpz, I'll get a lower rate. Except they denied me, saying I don't have enough income. If that's the case how do I afford to pay my current $400 payment every month? Not helpful and disappointing.

Unhelpful My credit score has went up significantly since I bought my vehicle and my debt has gone down also. I also make a lot more income than when I purchased two years ago. I figured ezpz. APR was higher than my current loan This is not 1.99% as advertised. I have a 2.59% loan with Huntington Bank and credit Karma ad said i can get down to 1.99%. They approved with a higher rate at 2.99% and my score is 820. I declined the loan If you have a good loan with low APR don’t bother to apply because they can’t beat it.
