!!!!!!!!!!!!!GAP INSURANCE!!!!!!!!. I signed up for a refinance with Rate Genius and they quoted me $13,886 and my months payments would be $262 /months which was less than i was already paying so i was fine with it. the agent told me if i wanted Gap protection and i said no, then he explain to me what it was and said it was already included on my $262/month payment so i said ok. Was approved and everything was going go If you work seasonal type of work, don't waste your time with them. They will not give you a loan. I do landscaping and make good money and they wouldn't give me a loan because I work seasonal.

Beware All I recived was a hard inqurey Avoid this 3rd Party ripoff your better off going through a bank or credit union. Credit Karma also has miss leading information

Why bother There’s no point. They said since I am upside down I needed to put $1600 down to get approved. Who isn’t upside down? Anything with a motor loses value. When you drive a new car off the lot, your upside down. I’m better off just putting the $1600 toward a payment and have it apply towards the principle. If a company is going to offer a refinance for a better rate, refinance it then. Don’t expect someone to come up with money they don’t have to begin with, hence the whole reason for the refinance

If a company is going to offer a refinance for a better rate, refinance it then. Don’t expect someone to come up with money they don’t have to begin with, hence the whole reason for the refinance

Got a letter saying I was pre approved went through the whole process just to get denied and it took a pretty hard hit on my credit score plus when I called to talk to someone they seemed very annoyed that I was even calling they were very short with me and rude

Don't Get Your Hopes Up I was approved and excited. CreditKarma has helped me before, and this company had great ratings, I just wanted a lower APR! The "approval" means nothing, I filled out all the paperwork, but the loan officer was hard to get ahold of, text, email and phone if I had to ask a question (I was told no fees, but there was a $15 membership fee to the credit union), but mailed it in as soon as possible. you can be the next !! STAY AWAY Do not get fooled with this 4.8 stars! This 0.2 star that is missing can have serious consequences on your credit score as it had on mine. They are in HURRY to get your application, as well as your money, and they forget some serious general qualification questions that they need to ask.
