Not helpful I applied with a good score, next day received an email that they couldn’t help me. Not a good experience, they didn’t even call to clarify. Would not recommend.
Applied and got approved, but.... DON'T DO IT! Broker was pushing hard GAP insurance and I did't close deal. He didn't agree on changing the date of payment as I requested so it didn't match with my mortgage payments. Lender might be good but I guess I dealed with the wrong broker.
The term was way too long for a refi My loan rep was quite servicable but I didn't like the 72 month term nor the $2,100 warranty. He explained the benefits to me in that I could pay the loan off early without any fees and that if I continued to pay the same monthly payment as my current loan, the refi would be paid off 3 months sooner than my current loan but somehow that didn't sit well with me. 4 hard inquiries were added to my credit This company does not refinance loans. They search for refinancing and try to sell you a auto care package. My credit score went down becuase, without my permission, they consulted several companies.
Very bad service. Waste my time My score was 732 which they got from equin and trans and let me refuse after searching loan for refinancing my car that they didn’t find because my recent loan rate is fine , haha thy is really funny as I was paying 20% and monthly 655. Don’t waste time with them .
Incompetent Repeated and endless requests for paperwork for a very simple auto refi - I cancelled the process after hours of scanning and submitting paperwork, again and again and again. I'm working with another organization now and the differrence is night and day. Walk, don't run from rate-bellow average and save yourself a lot of time. There are far better options out there.
Very unorganized. Lost paperwork, duplicate requests and WAY to much documentaion requested for a very simple auto refinance. I cancelled the application and a week later received notice from rategenius that they, not I canceled the application process - very typical of this organization. Rategenius defines confusion. Constant customer support Constant customer support and a lot easier than searching a bunch of financial institutions on your own.
Misled with offer of low interest I was enticed to apply with a low rate. After applying they came back at a rate over double what they initially offered. Said it was my credit, but that was excellent. Because they could see my current interest rate after I filled out the application, they tried to sell against my current rate vs. what I could get now. Felt like bait and switch. I wasn't comfortable at all with that at all.
