Loss of time They do not approve a refinance even if you have good credit, total loss of time to tell me no and they offer me an insurance... really.
Auto loan refinance This was a ripoff for me. I lost $1,000 of equity in my car. My new balance is more than I financed on my original loan and that's after making 7 payments.
HORRIBLE TITLE TRANSFER PROCESS The refiance loan process was pretty straight forward. I asked if they were going to handle the title transfer and they said they would. However, the title transfer process is a nightmare. My loan was approved and processed in January 2018 with payments beginning in Feburary 2018. However it has taken them more than 4 months to intiiate my title in California. Please keep in mind the car registration expiires in April 2018. Done Deal Be prepared to provide references, proof of income, and be treated like a sub prime borrower. My beacon was a 750 and my wife is in the 800s and we had to provide all this for the approval. Kinda painful but did cut my interest in half from 6% to a low 3%. Also be careful as they will tell you your new payment then tell you a little later the gap insurance was also included with that lower payment you got. Be sure to ask specific questions before going forward. Otherwise the deal went well.
This process drug on for 3 weeks, one thing after another. All my credit scores were over 800. They did not offer me the interest rate and period as advertised on Credit Karma. I had to finally cancel and go elsware.
Denied I applied and am obviously paying a higher rate with my current lender. I have paid of several credit cards since getting my vehicle yet I was denied thru them because "I have too much debt and don't make enough money.". They couldn't find anyone for a loan. Really? Yet I make the same (if not a tiny bit more) and have a lot less debt than I did two years ago. But ok. Won't try these guys again. Thanks for nothing.
I thought this company seemed good until I applied. They sent an email saying I was denied then advertised there own insurance. The email only said sorry for the inconvenience and not even any reason for the denial. Would recommend going somewhere else for refinancing.

After applying I got an email saying sorry we couldn’t help you but we want you to try our insurance companies. Since the. I’ve been spammed with phone calls and emails from different companies about Insurance nothing about my auto loan.
