This is trash, ran my credit for nothing Don’t waste your time with this brokerage, no one replies from the company or tell you anything after you apply screw credit karma for even selling advertising space to them.
Total disappointment I have applied for a better rate and this is a lesson learned. First my credit score is over 750, I had a multiple offers from different companies to lower my current interest rate but since Credit Karma was giving me good odds I choose rate Genius over other lenders. Prior the application submission I received an email that my application is in process and after a week I called and I've been told that they are not able to get me a lower rate. False Information They advertise one interest rate and monthly payment based on the vehicle information and then call you with completely different numbers (very different numbers!!!). Mind you, my credit score is excellent per CK and had no bearing on their verbal offer. They blame the different numbers on not knowing the vehicle info prior to advertising - this is annoying because I didn't see their offer until AFTER punching in my vehicle info. False advertising for lowest rates.. Promise of refiinancing but then say I don't quality for negative equity. I only owe 58% of market value and an excellent credit score!
Don’t use!. They don’t know how submit an application with an offer letter. They also shop your credit to a ton of different banks.
Waste of Time After you submit the application they wont get you back in a week. They show low interest rate but they wont approve. I earn 300+ k per year and my credit scores were 750. They wont respond good even if we call. They take aleast a week to get back . Time is valuable. I wont recommend this . Thank you
