All about closing The loan process was easy to apply online. The employee I dealt with was often slow to respond however, and didn't seem to care much about my concerns and more about getting the loan closed. They asked me to get paperwork signed and when I questioned what it was for they said I actually didn't have to send it in if I didn't want to. In the end I got a great deal on my loan. Just wish the employees were more responsive and seem to care more about the customer than just closing the deal.

Awesome! Thought this was a scam but... I received a mail offering on refinancing my BMW. I thought this was a scam but called anyways. Long story short, they refinance my car down from 4.5% (BOFA) to 2.95% (credit union). My savings is >$700/yr in interest. It was super easy too.

I was shopping for a low rate and I thought I had gotten one through rate genius which basically applies to places for you. As I read the paperwork I noticed I would actually pay more in the end and could get a lower payment and a shorter term and lower interest through other places. The reason was that rate genius was trying to push the gap insurance. This increased my borrowing amount even though I already had gap through the dealership when I first got the car. Soft Approval? Don't believe it!. I called the phone number to ask a question or two; the agent talked me into a "soft" credit check and told me I "qualified!" She said that I would be contacted in the next 24-48 hours by my representative. No one called so I called. I was told it was in process. Ten days later, I called again to be told that I failed "soft" credit check and no loan was in process. No calls, no letter. No explanation! But they collected a lot of personal information that is not going to be used? Credit score... read more
had 18.6% now down to 6.4% Refinanced when CapitalOne said nope we don't refinance current loans.
