They don't get the basic rights. They don't know the lendor requirements for processing the loan. My application was approved on the same day with good rate of interest. I got numerous calls/emails from customer service for filling the application and submitting the documents. After sending the documents in courier they inform through text message saying that lendor cannot process loan due to some policy. Absolute waste of time , money (notary charges) and lots of stress. 2 months later I applied to refinance in February and my loan was finally financed by rategenius in April after two more payments were due.
It was an easy no push experience.. I stay very busy. They helped me with reminders to get things done and waited for me to complete all the steps. It was a very good experience.
Hit my report hard!. If you don't want multiple hard hits on your credit report then DO NOT APPLY! I knew I would get one hit from them when I applied. But 24 hours later and looking here on my report I see 5 hard hits on my report. Poor disclosure. And now it makes me not want to even use these guys at all. What else will be disclosed poorly?
Car Refinance Process was easy, online, via text and email. Small fee ($15) wasn't advertised and they were unable to get the rate that was advertised. It said 1.99, I got 3.25, and balked so they found a 2.99 rate. Good service, but it's not 100% as advertised.
changed interest rates Emailed me stating they would offer a better interest rate. When I called to accept I was told the rep had made a mistake, that the interest rate would not be higher. Very difficult to get a return call...left 3-4 messaged and had to be transferred before the rep would talk to me.
approved then changed interest rate I was approved at a lower rate then my current loan. When I called to accept i was told the rep made a mistake, the interest rate was now almost 2% higher. Bait and switch tactics.
approved for one rate then increased it Company was quick to sent the "congratuations" email. Called the rep numerous times, never returned my call, had to call back and be transferred (magically free). When I stated I wished to accept her offer I was told "she had made a mistake" the interest rate was not almost 2% higher. Your bait and switch in action.
Not worth the credit inquiries I applied, they could only lower my rate 1%. Which I was okay with at first because the payment would be lower and I could still pay what I was paying on previous loan. (I was looking to pay less in interest overall, not necessarily lower the payment) until I received the paperwork. They were going to charge me for GAP insurance which they claimed was included but didn't mention that it would be rolled into the loan. Why would I want to pay 5 years of interest on that?
