Such poor service for such a pricey place. Food was overcooked, couldn't get server's attention for more wine etc.
Very disappointing If not for its location it would flop
We made a long trip to try their sushi burger, which indeed was a visual beauty and tasty appetizer. Apart from the receptionist who welcomed us at the restaurant, the staff who helped us was not a good example of kindness neither of talkativeness. Even for New York standards, prizes were quite high, which would be acceptable if the restaurant and its staff would be accordingly. Horrible. We arrived at 6 and plenty of waiters were there and room was half empty. When our friends arrived 15 minutes later, all the waiters had disappeared. We tried to get someone's attention and a young women who turned out to be a manager came to take our orders. While eating our appetizers, my friend cut the roof of her mouth from something in her salad. We told the woman who said sorry and removed it. Entrees came before we finished our appetizers. I eat at the Redeye Grill often and always enjoy my meal; however, this past visit I ordered the short ribs and they were very fatty and not enjoyable.
Used to be great and was really looking forward to it. The hostess was unfriendly. Fried calamari was salty, tasteless and very greasy. The lobster in the Lobster Cobb was also tasteless. The salad itself was mediocre. We did have good waiter service.
The bread is AWFUL.....THE waiter was gloomy....bad trip
Everything was fine except for the service. Our waiter wasn't very attentive and as a result it affected his tip.
To Whom It May Concern, I am glad that I am receiving this survey to fill out. I was very disappointed with my recent dining experience at this establishment. I have dined at Redeye Grill many times in the past and have not had such poor service as I have had this past week.
