I have been to the Redeye Grill in two previous occasions. Both times food and service were great. This time our waiter left us sitting for long periods of time and once he took the order he was pretty much done with us. Never checked on us when the kitchen delivered the food. His bus boy was in charge from that point on. Because he stopped waiting on us my granddaughter was served a dessert with nuts because he never informed the bus boy of the food allergy. Very disappointed. We looked forward to eating here after seeing reviews and pictures on instagram. The food was good but not as good as I was hoping. Sushi burger wasn't as good as it was hyped up to be. The service was awful. Took over an hour to get food from the time we ordered it. Waitress never came over to update us. Had to get a manager to check on food. When it finally came out the order had a few things wrong with it but we didn't want to send it back since it took so long to get it. Will not be going back. I have been to Red Eye Grill in the past and have LOVED it!!! So much so that we went there to celebrate my Mom's 70th Birthday, a special occasion indeed. I feel awful saying this now, but this most recent visit was disappointing:( They were out of the short ribs, and the rib eye, and Grey Goose! Our reservation was at 5:30, early in the evening. How bizarre is that? I will say that the live entertainment was fantastic, but sadly our visit was not at all up to par with my expectations.

A t these prices, why would you get butter in foil wrappers that make your fingers greasy when you open them. I can accept wrapped butter pieces in a diner, not in a high end eatery

Our waiter's white serving jacket was absolutely FILTHY with ground in grime and food stains. So much so that my appetite was nearly destroyed. The restaurant itself needs not only a good cleaning - grimy curtains covered in layers of dust for a start - but a severe cosmetic overhaul. The best part of the experience was leaving.

When I made the reservation I indicated it was for a birthday. Made a huge impact that nobody noticed and thought to at least say happy birthday.

Went to restaurant especially for Mother's Day with my wife and two kids. We went there especially to try the creme brulee french toast, the sushi burger, and the waffles. As soon as we were seated we were told that those three items were not available (on mother's day at 1pm - go figure). Somehow the hostess managed to get an order of waffles but they tasted bad and were probably made with some other batter that was not intended for the waffles. The soups were excellent,especially the clam chowder. We both ordered steaks, her's med-well, his med-rare. They mixed them up. We rarely send food back and the waiter didn't come by during our first bite and it had taken so long to get them. My wife started eating her steak and got about 1/2 way by the time the waiter came by. He offered to cook it longer, that's it. No comp was offered. I realized mine was over-done, but ate it anyway.
