Not worth the price over price poor food and slow service better value elsehere
Exorbitant prices. Overstaffed. Food uneven but not worth the sky-high prices. Not a good value at all. Would not go there again unless somebody else was paying
A disappointment. I was at this restaurant several years ago and obviously things have changed. The food was poor quality; the lobster had no taste and the calamari was clearly overcooked. The server was not engaging nor attentive. Our water glass was not refilled. The music at the bar took away from what could have been a decently quiet ambiance with occasional music interlude.
I have been going here for years. It is going downhill. I ordered a burger and asked for something besides fries. I was told that it was not possible. At $28 for a burger it should be possible. The appetizer salad had to be a day old; wilted greens and tiny ($14). The burger is still great.
I'm sorry to say that the service was very poor. We felt like we were an afterthought the whole night until the very end and it reflected in the whole experience. Unlikely to return.

Not a good experience. Had reservations at 7pm. Arrived and was escorted to a booth in the very back, next to restrooms, with a very large party of approx 40. Full view of a room piled with chairs, laundry, etc. waiter was very rushed and was rushing us, as well. Brought main course out before we were finished with appetizer. Had to ask for bread. Eventually got it. Brought dessert menus out before table was cleared. Miso black cod was mushy and tasteless. Total dining experience lasted 40 minutes
Great meal right across the street from Carnegie Hall. Great service and good menu. Enjoyed the Onion rings and Brussel Sprouts starters.
Yuck! I'm a New Yorker and thought I'd give one of these tourist restaurants, located by Times Square a chance, as it looks busy and I was starving, but what a waste of $$! Cocktails and food were awful.
