Everything was fine except for the service. Our waiter wasn't very attentive and as a result it affected his tip.
To Whom It May Concern, I am glad that I am receiving this survey to fill out. I was very disappointed with my recent dining experience at this establishment. I have dined at Redeye Grill many times in the past and have not had such poor service as I have had this past week. I have had a few nice meals there, but this one did not meet my expectations. I ordered a filet mignon and asked for it just a little bit pink - as medium/well often comes out well done. It came out very rare, and when I pointed it out to the waiter, he put it on a butter plate to take back to the kitchen. A little while later it came back on the same plate and was very well done. Everything was very fresh and delicious..stone crab, oysters, and we shared a terrific lobster Cobb salad! Perfect!
My wife and I went to NYC for a weekend getaway and had stayed at the Hyatt Park. It was our first time in the city so we don't know where is a good place to go for dinner, so we ask the front desk at Hyatt Park and they had recommended The Redeye Grill. Excellent food and atmosphere. Disappointed with the service - we were ignored on multiple passes by our waiter. While he was charming when at our table, we found it difficult to get his attention.

I have been to the The Redeye Grill a few times over the years for lunch but not dinner. It has always consistent in terms of food & service. Last week I brought clients for dinner. The noise level made it impossible to have a conversation. The food was good and our waiter was very attentive.
