Not impressed I had a scheduled apt and they had me waiting 3 1/2 hours then all the staff went to lunch and my vehicle never was re-set
overfilled oil by an additional quart, overcharged environmental fee.
Went for an oil change and tire rotation and while that was completed they also did other work not needed that could have caused some major issues. A broken cover for the air filter, AC began to make noise and a disconnect of the system to cool the engine that could have caused me major problems. While they did fix and take care of the issue, why did this even happen with an oil change and tire rotation?! Check you service and be sure they connect everything and nothing is broken.
Talked me into a $208.00 oil change which included three additional items that a $20.00 oil change didn't have; one being balancing the tires. Don't you balance the tires when they are mounted on the wheels??? In addition, the tech that serviced my vehicle FORGOT to replace the oil that was drained. BUT, they sent me on my way and now the engine is definitely compromised. What would you do???
I had a scheduled appointment at 2:30pm. Immediately upon checking-in I received a text from my customer service rep to text with any questions. At 4:00PM when I had not been updated on my vehicle or received response from my customer service rep when inquiring about a progress update, I learned that my vehicle had still not been pulled in for service. Nobody even thought it might be a good idea to notify the customer that they are running 1.5 hours behind!!!!!! They gave me a 10% "discount".
They are able to make simple visits problematic. It took 2 hours for a simple oil change.

Poor quality. Oil was on the outside of my drivers door, the door sill, under the hood by the hood latch, and on the engine cover. Tire pressures were not set correctly.
Even though I had an appointment, it took 3 hours for an oil change. No explaination given.
