No one knows what is going on very slow service
Im not very happy with Subaru are the dealership right now when I first purchased my Forrester the air conditioner and didnt work at all. Pretty much just blew. Hot air took it in and they told me thats just how Subaru is after having the car for a few years. They had a recall on the AC was a little better but never really worked.. this year it finally totally quit on me and I take it in and it cost me $3000 to fix my car. Subaru knew this. Went in for recalls...was told my brakes needed to be replaced. When we went to our local tire plaza for a second opinion, the brakes were fine, but a lug nut had been cross threaded on the passenger front tire and broke off resulting in roughly a hundred dollar repair and an extra hour of waiting.
Got a recall letter from Hyundai stating that the fix for the recall of the wiring hitch harness is ready and to call the dealer. I did call the dealer and they made an appointment for me to bring in my vehicle to have the recall corrected. Three days later, I drove a half an hour and arrived at the dealership at my appointed time. Service writer wrote up the order. I asked how long would I have to wait. I was way too long. This is 2nd time they have used the same excuse about a lug nut as to why my service is taking so long. I didn't feel like I was valued. They did end up discounting my oil change which was nice but I just feel Iike everytime I go it's a negative experience.
Poor communications. Appears to be a successful repair, but took almost 2-weeks to replace an alternator.
Took over half an hour to get a set of wiper blades warrantied. Vehicle mileage was recorded incorrectly, as well.
Zero stars. The original diagnostic was wrong. Then the wrong part was ordered. Over 3 visits, including the diagnostic o spent over 500 dollars, waited almost 6 hours in their waiting room. I will never bring my cat back to them nor will I ever purchase a Hyundai vehicle again
I was up charged and they added a service that I didnt authorize.
