This place's Service Center SUCKS. All we did was bring in a key to get programmed and the battery changed out. This ignorant service girl named Marial didn't give us any information. Simply walked in, asked if we bought the fob from their parts area (and I did, the one right next door) because it wasn't able to be programmed to my car... when the parts guy ordered it directly from my VIN. I dropped my car off on January 4 at which time I was told it would be ready in January 6 then I was notified it would be ready on the 7 for sure. The next call I got stated it would be ready on the 8th absolutely. I bought my first pick up truck in my life from reliable nothing special a used silverado long story short it was the worst, for my first experience. I'm happy with my truck but will not return....
Took me for $6400 more on an previously agreed price on a car I preordered THE DAY BEFORE it was delivered to the dealership. Don't trust them!
In August of 2019 I went to Reliable Chevrolet and placed an order for my dream car! I went as soon as the dealerships were able to take orders for the car I wanted, I gave them $1,000 deposit and waited for my car to be built. They said I should expect delivery in April or May of 2020. A month before my car was to be delivered manufacturing was delayed by COVID and instead of waiting 8 months it turned into 10 then 12. This place is AWFUL!!! They are typical Car salesman. They tag team you with 5 different people to close a deal. Really... 5 different people!!! Come on that's soooo over the top. I would rather deal with one person, all those other people do is confuse you and try to get you to sign a contract . Would Not recommend this place ever! Try Car Max.. people are friendly respectful and you deal with 1 person
4 months ago I bought a 2019 Dodge Truck with 3700 miles on it even got an extended waranty did all the paperwork left the office driving my new truck, made it 3 miles before the engine started overheating and i was told to bring it back I did, they kept it the first day and 2nd I bought it and I got it back within that next week it was overheating again, this time it was taken to Dodge and where they found nothing wrong with it, the next couple weeks It was overheating again, this time they kept it a week and guess what, "H... read more
I wish I would have never stepped foot in this place a year and a half ago. I got robbed blind from a man named Moon. Great name because he is a shady dude. My wife and I are now buried and ten grand upside down on this trax that I will probably turn back into the finance company. Not worth what I am paying. Worst place, go to any other dealership. They allowed me and my family to drive off the lot without proper inspections on the truck. I purchased a Toyota Tundra, alignment was never done on the truck. I had to change tires 3 months later because they lied about servicing the truck. Ken the general manager was biased tried making me feel as if I didn't know what I was talking about. He told me all lifted trucks shake and pull to the side. That was something I had to get use to.
