They lied there asses off about the car they sold me. I had my car for about a month before it needed to be serviced. So I took it in and they had it for about 23 days they tried to charge me out of pocket. So if you're looking for a car that will need to be serviced a month later go directly to reliable chevrolet. They'll make it last just long enough to be out of warranty then they'll make you pay for it. Hey at least Ethan the guy who sold me the car let me hit his weed pen after the deal was made.

I got a call from Jason the customer relations manager. I tried to return his call several times but he was never available. I wanted to leave him a voicemail so he would know I called. They said he didn't have a voicemail. Who doesn't have voicemail these days. So I left 3 different messages with 3 different employees and I haven't heard back from him so it's clear he didn't get the messages. I don't have the kind of time in my life to chase him down. Continued disappointment in this dealership.

Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership! Was buying a new 2022 Equinox, put down a deposit (which I am still waiting now over a week to be returned), and scheduled to pick it up last Friday. We were called after 5PM on Thursday last week (after the banks were closed) and told they needed statements from the bank. This place is terrible. I went in to get my 2020 Equinox serviced. Prior to getting work done, my car was working fine. I received a tire balance and rotation as well as an oil change. Fast forward a week after, my traction control light comes on and my tires are shaking when driving. I call them to see if there's anything that can be done and the response was, "well wheel bearings go out all the time...none of this is our fault!" DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE. I don't mean to sound like a Karen but here goes my Review. I dropped off my car on 3/16/2021 to get it worked on because my 2020 Chevy Malibu's EPS (electronic power steering) keeps loosing communication with the car.
