I had dropped my car off at this dealer over a week ago. They scheduled my car for service at 8:30 am on September 14th. The problem is the battery coolant is leaking. I told them that when I dropped it off. I had the car in their shop for 8 days and they never even looked at it. There is no way to schedule an appointment and have them look at the car at that time. I was negotiating the purchase of a new Silverado 2500HD High Country. I was told the price is the MSRP and they wont be jacking up the price like other dealers. We agreed on a price for my trade in. The sales manager was showing me all the numbers and I noticed "dealer accessories or add ons of almost $4,500.00". I asked what they were because there were no add ons listed on dealer addendum. Horrible service all around, took truck in for what should've been a quick easy fix and picked it up a week later with absolutely nothing done to it. Was told it needed a few more days and a few more days even spoke to a manager Victor with no results. Definitely will be going to another Chevrolet in Albuquerque

So they lied and used deception did things that were not asked to do and told many different stories and when they were done the did not put under car protection back correct that left screws out , loser dealership

I purchased my truck from reliable and it was a poor experience back in 2011. I have a recall that was sent out in March 2021 on an airbag. No one had the replacement for 10 months due to Covid issues. Now I tried to schedule it to be done. Went online and as soon as my number and email were in the system I received 2 texts, 1 email and a phone call. All of this in about 5 minutes. I guess they consider this "good customer service ". Bought multiple vehicles from there most recent a 2020 2500hd took in for warranty advisor was rude because I lifted my truck fast forward three months I call to parts ,the part under warranty is sitting on the shelf for the past month and a half so I get they don't care for customers unless they can charge you cash for something outrageous went to galles Chevy not only did they honor my warranty work but they will have my next vehicle purchase done with these jokers especially in service rude and unprofessional

My husband purchased a truck from Reliable in December of 2021. Good price, the sales process was easy and went well. A month later, received a call that the out of state taxes were miscalculated and another significant amount needed to be paid. The title paperwork has never been received by our local DMV. The paperwork saying it's ok to get the plates has never been received by us. I was scheduled a 12:noon appointment with Reliable Chevrolet on Coors NW on the Westside of Albuquerque. For a simple request on a oil change. I talked to my service tech Johnny Ortiz on just wanting a oil change like from the last time I was notified on! No one was practicing the mask mandate because it was lifted by our state . If you make a service appointment, the appointment seems to be for when they have room to park the car, not when they're ready to service it. Two occasions my car sat for at least a week before they started to work on it. If it was my only car, I'd be screwed. I paid over 2k for a service on warning lights that were affecting performance.
