My one year old Chevrolet Colorado truck shut down on Sunday 5/28 and would not re-start. After calling for help through the OnStar system the truck was delivered by tow truck to Reliable Chevrolet. On 5/29 called the service department but it was closed due to memorial day holiday, but did leave a message asking for service department to return call. Reliable is probably not the best name for the service you'll receive. Bought a Trailblazer from them in February of 2021 that had to be delivered from Arizona. At delivery, our salesman Josh Day was very upfront that the taillight had been cracked. He offered to keep the car until it was fixed or we could drive it off the lot as is with the promise of it being replaced later on. We chose poorly and drove it off the lot. Plan not to have your car for an indeterminate amount of time with no updates. I dropped my car off on Feb 3 and was told it would be ready in 5-10 business days. Sometime into the 3rd week I called for an update and was told it was next to be assigned to a technician and I would be updated when it had been, after which it should be ready in 1-2 days. My wife took her trailblazer to the service department after having charging issues and overheating; clearly a drive belt/pully issue! No towing even though it was under warranty! The drive belt fell off completely in route. They had the vehicle for a week to get that back on, then claimed it was due to an animal getting caught in the belt... there was no evidence of such an incident when I, a mechanic, inspected the engine bay: no blood, no fur! I had to put 1 star because it's the lowest option but I give them ZERO stars! Very Dissatisfied! This is the worst service center I have ever dealt with in my 65 years! I Had an appointment for Tuesday at 8 AM. They then tell me it's going to take 5 days! FIVE DAYS just to look at and diagnose the issue! I Called on the 4th day to get an update. The car hasn't been looked at and won't be until NEXT week! The very unconcerned, blank-faced service advisor then tell me they told me 5-10 days. Why did I need to bring it in ... read more

I made an appointment because my 2014 Chevy equinox has the check engine light on. I received three emails regarding said appointment and one phone call confirming my appointment. When I got there first off, none of the service advisors even acknowledged my existence and when they finally did, they told me that that appointment was not an actual appointment it was for me to drop off my car and allow them to have it for 5 to 10 business days. I wish I had read some of these reviews before purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Reliable. I had a horrible experience with them, they sold me a vehicle (2020 Chevy Traverse) with a lot of issues, they sold it very dirty after saying they would detail it twice for us as we had to wait a week to receive the vehicle after purchasing it. Three months after purchase we have already had to take it in twice and have had several lights of issues come on and then service said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM RELIABLE!!!! Over the last 21 years I as well as 2 of my family members have purchased used/"pre certified vehicles from this dealership. In addition we also purchased their "extended warranty " package-2 of them were " gold" warranties and the other was "silver." With all 3 vehicles, that were purchased from them along with their "warranty" programs have encountered numerous issues.
