Parts Associate Jeff is very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I ordered an accessory part for my 2020 Chevy Equinox and I was expecting it the next day. Jeff called me about an hour later telling me my part was in. I will definitely continue coming back and I will be telling my friends and family how great my experience was.

I highly recommend reliable Chevrolet to any one in the market for a new or used vehicle! My sales guys name was Justin Webster and he was a laid back stand up dude! Never once did I feel like I was being pushed or conned into buying my Chevy Silverado 2500! They all were honest and friendly. We got helped by Juan and he was so genuinely nice! I didn't feel cheated at all the whole time. The financial people were extra helpful as well. I'm gonna be sad when we move away and they won't be there to help us get our next car!

One Month update: Walked in not expecting to get a car that day but I did. I put down for a 2016 Kia Soul and i absolutely love it! My dealers name was Sam, he guided me through the whole process of purchasing a car. I was quite overwhelmed and nervous but the made me feel at home! The Kia soul is a fun car, it drags a bit but its amazing overall. Thank you to everyone at reliable for the amazing service

I live in Las Cruces New Mexico and did not have time to drive to Albuquerque I went on line and talk to Luis and he told me they had no Treverse on the lot but would be getting some delivered in a week or 2 . He told me he would call me when they came in and sure enough a bout a week later Luis kept his promise and call me and told me they had some in. I have never been to​ this dealership before and have experience selling cars, in particular, Chevy​ trucks. They didn't know this. So I was extremely pleased as to the way my wife and I were treated when we placed a service appointment, all the way through when the work was done. We recently bought a used car from this dealership and had a great experience. Our salesman, Rick Wickens, was easy to work with. He didn't pressure us, and listened to our needs.
