**Walked in to look at a 2025 Equinox with 6,000 miles. Sales guy was new, nice enough, but had no clue on pricing. Later, I get quoted $29,995 -- same price as a brand-new 2026 I found on their own website. When I questioned it, the manager says, "It's not used -- it's not titled." Really? Can you live without your truck for 2 weeks? I bought a new Silverado ZR2 from Reliable Chevrolet. Sales Department was great. Now the SERVICE DEPARTMENT not so great.....My passenger side seat air is not working. The service department said that I have to leave my truck at Reliable for 2 weeks for them to access the problem. Worker nate was rude to us and took A LING TIME. He didn't take care of the car until after like an hour saying we had the key we in fact didn't and he did. We ended up waiting almost 4 hours for an oil change. Nate was lazy and unprofessional no offense to him but he was a horrible worker. Everybody else was nice.
Bought a used f350 one ton truck and requested the tires be replaced i had a flat tire within 24 hours of picking up the truck when i noticed they put load range C tires on the vehicle with a max psi of 55. The manufacturer recommends the rear tires be at 75 psi and the fronts be at 65 psi the manufacturer recommends load range E and when i called and requested they replace the tries with the correct ones they responded with they put tires that fit the vehicle and would get it down the road and if i wanted the correct tires ... read more
Reliable is aweful. They dont care about you only the sale. Never helpful or engaging. They will rob you. Personal experience.
Can I select ZERO stars? This dealership needs to be renames "The Most UNRELIABLE Chevrolet Dealership in the US and Probably the World." Trust me, STAY AWAY!! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! They ripped me off of $1000. I was interested in a used vehicle on their lot but had concerns about the SUV's Carfax. They insisted that I leave a deposit to hold the car. But after conferring with 2 mechanics, I chose to go to a different dealership. Terrible business to buy a vehicle from!! The service department has had my son's car for 2 months and it still isn't fixed. Read the reviews!! Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Recently bought a new truck and had it for one month before it started leaking transmission oil with only 2000 miles on it. Took it in to get fix under the warranty and they have had the truck for 1 1/2 months. They keep giving the run around on when it will be ready, say to call on this day but purposely give the day when they are off. Just now got told it's not a priority since they aren't receiving commission off the truck.
