Bought a brand new 2024 Chevy trax. Not even a MONTH after it's off the lot, the window motors start giving out. I addressed the problem many times and all they said was "try to bring it when it happens" which is impossible working 7-5. A few months go by, there's a sour smell in the car so I take it to a car wash thinking maybe that'd help. WRONG. Was having car serviced and decided to look around at the cars inside the showroom Sat in one of the corvettes and had a total pretty lady moment. Sales lady came over and asked can i help you and i said I'm just looking and she proceeded to tell me these cars are supposed to be locked so people can't just sit in them.... made my wife and i feel like she thought we couldn't afford to purchase one.. Word of advice to sales staff do presume anything. This once more reiterates why i won't buy a vehicle from them again customer... read more

My husband and I took our 2020 Chevy Equinox in to get fixed because it lost power and the check engine light came on. They fixed the issue and charged us for a new booster costing us over 3000.00 for parts and labor. Drove off only to get same error message and check engine light back on. We drove the suv less than 10 miles. We took it back and checked it next day. Service center said it was now the inter cooler the second time around and a sensor. Cost us an additional 2 grand. UTTERLY INCOMPETENT! Losers put the WRONG oil filter (a crappy PF47E instead of the correct and specifically requested PF52!) on my Camaro Z/28, and put PLAIN WATER in my car's windshield washer reservoir, despite my specifically telling them I was driving to South Dakota the next day. Reservoir was FROZEN SOLID the next morning, and when I went to replace the incorrect filter, it had to be CHISELED OFF because it was so overtightened! Complete loser idiots! AVOID!!!

this place has poor customer service i brought my 2019 Silverado in for a warranty issue on my truck. the service writer said the guy who handles the warranty issues would back the following week. So the next week I brought it back. Last week, my husband and I went to purchase a vehicle. We had it for a couple days until we received a call from Osman, the Sales Manager. He told us our financer would not accept the documents we provided as proof of our income. Wouldn't recommend this dealership... every eager to sell , but no help after... bought a vehicle 90 days ago over priced and now has no power.. took it in and they said none thing is wrong keep them posted... ok so when am on the freeway going 75 with all the traffic and power drops to 40 call dealership before the accident or after.. bs every unsafe and did I mention how good their customer service was worst experience ever... just go any where but here...

I bought a 2024 2ss camaro a few weeks ago. It had a small chip they said they would fix. I took it to the body shop. I had 686mi when I took it in and it came back with 791mi when I got it back. I told the body shop manager and he had no explanation. I don't know how 5miles where put on my new car. There were also chips on the rear quarter panels, the door panel was not on all the way and there were some communication issues.
