Excellent service for my Silverado HD High Country, including a thorough multi-point inspection to keep it running at its peak and safely! Really appreciate Ray McCann, Service Advisor, thoroughly going over what would be done and then going over the results when I picked it up. Great job Ray! I'll definitely be going back for all my future services!

Jerry Schmidt sold us a fabulous car today for our daughter.. white 2015 Chrysler 200. He answered all our questions or found the answers to them. He was not pushy and stayed with us throughout the entire deal from beginning to end! What an awesome experience! Now once we moved over to finance Gregg Wagner help seal the deal! He provided comic relief for the evening! Incredible! We loved the experience & pizza

This is the second service where I have specifically requested the technicians grease all suspension Zerk fittings. This time, my service rep hand wrote on the work order to 'be sure to grease all suspension fittings.' Today I crawled under my truck and found the fittings had not been greased. They are clearly covered with a thick layer of winter road grime and had not been touched since I greased them myself last fall. This makes me question how many of the other service items that are not so easy for me to visually inspect... read more

While my parents were out of town the check engine light came on in their truck. Took it in and ended up having to rebuild part of the engine. Although disappointed with the amount of time it tool for the repair (about 10-12 days) I was kept updated throughout the whole process and they worked with us on the details especially with my parents being out of the country and trying to get everything done. After a hard break on the freeway, our ABS locked up...we didn't know what had happened but pulled to the side. After a time, the brakes released. We limped home, but called Reliable the next morning to have the brakes checked out for safety. After explaining we were visiting the area, they gave us an appointment for that morning. After JC in the Service Department got involved, all went smoothly. My car was taken by them to Honda for the needed repairs, I was given a brand new Tahoe as a loaner for two days until it was all set. JC was personable and made sure I was satisfied. Overall, he redeemed this experience. If you are having service problems, go to JC and he'll make it right.
